Advantages of the electronic archiving of invoices

TRANSFOND ensures by the provided services:

• The authenticity of the invoice origin
  • The invoices processed in e-Factur@ are extracted and automatically transferred in e-Arhiv@ without the possibility to interfere in the invoice content (which is individually signed immediately after the receipt and validation of the invoices batches signed by the issuer).
  • The traceability of the invoice from the issuer to the recipient is ensured, together with the recipient's access to the invoice, which is carried out through the web page e-Factur@ based on a user name and password.
• The integrity of the invoices' content during their entire retention
  • The invoices are signed with an electronic signature and are electronically archived being kept in the TRANSFOND data centres that are authorized every 3 years by MCSI according to the provision of Law 135/2007 on the archiving of the electronic format documents.
• Invoice legibility
  • The invoices are made available to the recipient under the form of structured files, signed with an extended electronic signature, being viewed and downloaded/printed in pdf. format
  • By the "viewer" function available both in e-Factur@ system, as well as in e-Arhiv@ system the issuers can view in PDF format the invoice in any stage of its existence. The function is available also for recipients that can view in pdf. format the invoices older than 90 days, if they have saved them under the form of structured files electronically signed.
