- April 11, 2016 - TRANSFOND, along with the Romanian Banking Association, launched, on April 11, 2016, the processing service for direct debt instruments in SEPA format (SEPA Direct Debit - SDD) for payments in national currency, thereby completing the Automated Clearing House - ACH Modernization Program, as well as the full preparation of the central infrastructure for interbank retail payment (except card payments) for the euro transition.

2012
- On 11 December 2012, at the "Piața Financiară" Awards Gala, TRANSFOND was awarded the "Best in Banking Technology 2012" trophy, for the go-live of the SENT-SEPA system for processing payment orders in domestic currency, the first step in adapting the interbank payment infrastructure to the requirements specific to the European single currency. The event, at its seventeenth edition, highlighted notable outcomes in the financial sector and in the economy in 2012.

- TRANSFOND became the certified provider of electronic document archiving services. e-Arhiv@ services are provided under Law 135/2007 on archiving documents in electronic format. The necessary certifications and accreditations were obtained based on orders 521 and 522 of 8 July 2009 issued by the Ministry for Communications and the Information Society.
Details of the service
- On 27 April 2009, the No-Cash Gala took place in the Liviu Rebreanu Hall of the National Theatre. During this event, TRANSFOND was voted as "Partner of the Year 2008", for having implemented the central system for debt instrument settlement automation (cheques, bills of exchange and promissory notes). By launching the up-to-date and automated version of the debt instrument payment system, TRANSFOND cut the transaction fees to less than half of the paper-based system.

2008
- TRANSFOND was awarded the ‘eProvider of the Year 2008’ prize, for the go-live of PAID, the central system for debt instrument settlement automation.
- TRANSFOND was awarded the National Prize under the “Financial Intermediation Services” category, the “Large Corporations” group. On 25 November 2008, the fifteenth edition of the “2008 National Top of Firms” was hosted by the Palace of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania.
