The Customer Care Service (SAP) of TRANSFOND provides, every business day during 08:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., the following types of support services for its customers:
- Participant support for the Automated Clearing House - SENT
- Participant support for issuers of invoices, participants to the e-Factur@ application
- Beneficiary support for invoices issued in the e-Factur@ application
- Participant support for the e-Arhiv@ and e-Storage systems
